Please note: All items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Each item is either ordered in or made specifically for you. As a result, we do not accept returns under any circumstances, including (but not limited to) the following:
- You change your mind
- The item does not fit
- You do not like the item
Faulty Items
In the rare case that your item arrives faulty or damaged, we are happy to offer an exchange only (no refunds).
To be eligible for an exchange:
- You must report the fault within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Send clear photos and details of the issue to:

If we do not receive your report within this time frame, we will not be able to offer a replacement.
Personalised items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty upon arrival.
